Summary
The Accounts Executive role in the UAE is a vital position within our expanding finance team, focused on ensuring accurate financial management and compliance. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of financial records, supporting reporting functions, and enabling seamless financial operations across departments. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a proactive approach to daily financial tasks, contributing to the organization's financial health and regulatory compliance in a dynamic business environment.
Responsibilities- Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Monitor company expenses and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with VAT documentation and ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and track financial transactions
- Support payroll documentation and general finance administration
- Collaborate with internal teams on financial matters and data accuracy
Ensure timely and precise updates to all accounting systems and records
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, ERP systems, Quick Books, or equivalent
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling
