AYA Group in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the establishment of the Group Finance function. The Group CFO will be responsible for financial governance, consolidation, treasury, compliance, and developing financial strategy across all Group entities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, including 7 years in a senior finance leadership position within a multi-entity structure. Strong expertise in IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements is essential.
