Eram Talent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in analyzing financial information, preparing reports, and supporting business decisions to drive the company's financial performance and growth. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and commercial analysis to support senior management decision-making.
  • Review and analyze affiliate board materials and prepare management briefings.
  • Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and investment evaluations.
  • Review impairment assessments and acquisition-related financial analyses.
  • Support financial reporting and IFRS compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts on affiliate-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and frameworks.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Mentor and support junior team members as required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or CFA.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, consulting, or corporate advisory roles.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and corporate governance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced business degree.
  • Big 4 accounting or consulting firm experience.
