Tax Specialist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit Zakat and Income Tax returns for Al Othman Holding Group companies and obtain Zakat certificates.
• Review Zakat and tax calculations for the AOHC Group in alignment with the Zakat regulation and the Tax law.
• Manage the preparation, submission, and consulting for monthly and yearly WHT, including the issuance of WHT certificates and the application of double tax treaty agreements.
• Review incoming data and file formal objection letters against assessments issued by ZATCA.
• Attend Tax Committee hearings for the resolution of violations and disputes alongside the Department Manager.
• Handle objections related to VAT and WHT.
• Conduct detailed studies and technical analysis of ZATCA assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide expert consulting on Zakat, Income Tax, WHT, and VAT matters.
• Stay updated with ZATCA’s online legal updates and ensure all internal processes are organized according to the latest regulations.

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in taxation, accounting, or finance.
• Experience with VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Zakat, and tax compliance.
