We are seeking an accomplished Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple entities in a group environment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This senior executive role is designed for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial strategy, reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and regulatory compliance.
The GCFO will lead group-level financial performance and support executive management with strategic and investment-related decision-making. The position will oversee financial planning, cash flow and working-capital management, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance while driving sustainable business performance across the group.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute group-level financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead financial performance management across multiple entities.
- Oversee group financial reporting and consolidation.
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage group cash flow and working capital to support business sustainability.
- Establish and maintain strong financial governance and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and applicable Saudi financial and regulatory requirements.
- Provide executive management with accurate financial analysis and strategic insights.
- Support strategic planning and investment-related decision-making.
- Drive financial efficiency and sustainable business performance across the group.
- Oversee the effective use of ERP systems and financial technology.
- Lead and develop finance teams across the organization.
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and support effective financial decision-making.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within a group or multi-entity environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS.
- Strong understanding of ZATCA regulations and Saudi financial and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in EPC, construction, manufacturing, or facilities management is highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in financial leadership, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Strong cash flow and working-capital management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong executive leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Fluency in English required.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
