Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Group Chief Financial Officer (GCFO) to provide strategic financial leadership across multiple entities in a group environment in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This senior executive role is designed for an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial strategy, reporting, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, governance, and regulatory compliance.

The GCFO will lead group-level financial performance and support executive management with strategic and investment-related decision-making. The position will oversee financial planning, cash flow and working-capital management, internal controls, financial reporting, and compliance while driving sustainable business performance across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute group-level financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead financial performance management across multiple entities.
  • Oversee group financial reporting and consolidation.
  • Direct budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Manage group cash flow and working capital to support business sustainability.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial governance and internal controls.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and applicable Saudi financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide executive management with accurate financial analysis and strategic insights.
  • Support strategic planning and investment-related decision-making.
  • Drive financial efficiency and sustainable business performance across the group.
  • Oversee the effective use of ERP systems and financial technology.
  • Lead and develop finance teams across the organization.
  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and support effective financial decision-making.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience within a group or multi-entity environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS.
  • Strong understanding of ZATCA regulations and Saudi financial and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in EPC, construction, manufacturing, or facilities management is highly preferred.
  • Proven expertise in financial leadership, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong cash flow and working-capital management experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong executive leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage.
