Job Summary
One of our leading clients in Healthcare is currently looking for an HR – IT Specialist (SAP Success Factors) for Saudi Arabia location. We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled HR – IT Specialist with hands‑on experience in SAP Success Factors to support the administration, configuration, and reporting of core HR systems. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and functionality of the SAP Success Factors environment while working closely with HR and IT teams to support operations, resolve issues, and enhance system performance.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support SAP Success Factors modules, including (but not limited to) Core HR, Recruitment, and Learning.
- Perform system configurations and ensure accurate maintenance of HR data.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision‑making and compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure system integrity and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolution in coordination with IT and vendor support.
- Assist in testing new features and system upgrades, including end‑to‑end integration testing.
- Support the rollout of system enhancements and provide user training to HR teams and end users.
- Document processes, configurations, and technical specifications as required.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize HR technology usage and improve process efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience working with SAP Success Factors (hands‑on).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with practical experience supporting HR modules.
- Experience in report creation, data audits, and systems troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with system integrations and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- SAP Success Factors certification in one or more modules.
- Experience with other HRIS platforms or system migration projects.
- Knowledge of data privacy and security standards in HR systems.
