Responsibilities

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with operations teams based on project schedules, workloads, and shift plans
  • Plan, allocate, and deploy workforce across sites, departments, and shifts to meet operational needs
  • Identify manpower gaps and proactively recommend solutions to operations and HR teams
  • Maintain accurate manpower rosters, shift schedules, and deployment records
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, overtime, and leave for operational employees
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate time, attendance, and overtime data
  • Ensure timely onboarding, induction, mobilization, and demobilization of operational staff
  • Manage and coordinate accommodation of staff along with Safety team
  • Coordinate joining schedules with operations to avoid manpower shortages
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, certifications, and compliance documents
  • Act as the point of contact for operational employees on HR-related matters such as attendance, leave, and policy clarification
  • Support employee relations by addressing workforce issues and escalating concerns when required
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and operation-specific regulations
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to manpower and HR operations
  • Ensure documentation readiness for internal and external audits
  • Prepare and submit regular manpower, utilization, attendance, and HR operations reports
  • Liaise with HR, operations managers, line managers, and payroll for effective workforce management
Qualifications
  • Strong manpower planning and deployment skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and data accuracy focus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, operation-driven environment
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in manpower coordination, workforce planning, or HR operations
  • Experience in FMCG, food distribution, warehousing, or logistics environments preferred
