AMS is hiring a Recruiter - Early Careers & Campus to support campus and early careers hiring for clients in Saudi Arabia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build strong candidate pipelines, and collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers to meet SLAs and KPIs.
The role requires travel across the region, engagement at university events, and delivering an excellent candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work model offered with regional travel.
