A reputable energy company in Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is seeking a Legal Manager to lead contract management, compliance, and litigation coordination. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Law and a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in the oilfield or maritime industries. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Candidates must possess excellent English skills, familiarity with Arabic is a plus, and willingness to relocate is required.
