Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Contracts and Legal Manager with strong legal and FM industry expertise to oversee a wide range of operational and commercial contracts within our operations.

Lead the drafting, review, and management of commercial, operational, vendor, and business-related contracts.
Ensure all company contracts align with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Provide day‑to‑day legal support to Operations, Commercial, HR, and Management teams.
Identify contractual risks and recommend effective mitigation measures.
Support and oversee the full contract lifecycle, including negotiations and renewals.
Ensure organizational policies and contract practices meet regulatory and industry standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal, contracts, or similar roles.
Extensive experience in the Facilities Management (FM) industry.
Fluent Arabic & English speaker.
