A reputable energy and drilling services company is seeking a Legal Manager to support its Legal & Compliance Department. The role involves managing contract review, negotiation, and compliance, while providing proactive legal advice to various teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in corporate law, particularly within the oilfield or maritime sectors, and possess strong contract negotiation skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Law is required, and proficiency in English is essential, with Arabic being an advantage.
