Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Overview
The opportunity:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic GIS installation & commissioning supervisor to join our team. You will be building and growing the operations administrator role, which plays a critical part in ensuring efficient and effective operational activities. You will oversee administrative workflows, improve internal processes, support strategic initiatives, and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration. You will be a key support to leadership by ensuring compliance, tracking operational KPIs, and driving process optimization.
You’ll Make An Impact
- Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day operational administrative activities and supporting Operations Management in strategic planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Analyzing operational workflows and proposing continuous improvement initiatives; monitoring operational KPIs and generating performance reports.
- Liaising across departments to streamline communication and operations; supervising and mentoring junior administrative staff.
- Managing procurement documentation, supplier communications, vendor follow-up; organizing meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes, and managing action points.
- Assisting in audits, compliance checks, and enforcement of corporate policies; supporting onboarding processes, training logistics, and HR administrative tasks.
- Assisting in risk management initiatives and business continuity planning; taking ownership of special projects assigned by management.
- Coordinating between team leaders and project managers for logging and following NCRs in the system and updating the competency matrix for the organization in coordination with team leaders.
- Supporting employees with admin requests such as travel and hotel arrangements; supporting training activities for the team and related administration tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- More than 5-8 years of experience in a technical sales role with knowledge of Grid Automation (Automation and communication) portfolios.
- Previous field work experience in Grid Automation systems (Automation and communication) is an added advantage.
- We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and reliable team player with an independent and result-oriented working style, as well as strong communicative and collaborative skills.
- Able to work independently and collaborate in a team setup.
- You are energetic, supportive, and self-confident, able to handle ups and downs and manage problems that may occur.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.
