The Regional Sales Senior Manager is responsible for managing and drive regional sales operations to achieve revenue targets and strengthen market presence within, while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales plans in line with national sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the regional sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across the assigned region.
- Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, providing regular reports, forecasts, and insights to the management.
- Identify market opportunities, potential clients, and emerging trends to expand the company's footprint within the sector.
- Ensure effective key account management, including negotiation of contracts and maintaining service excellence.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement regional promotional campaigns and trade activities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Customer Service teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness of sales operations.
- Resolve escalated client issues and ensure high levels of service quality across the region.
- Represent the company at local events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Experience:
At least 6-8 years of experience in sales management, with a focus on regional or territory sales. - Leadership
Skills:
Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams to achieve targets. - Analytical
Skills:
Ability to analyze sales performance data and derive actionable insights. - Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels. - Negotiation
