Operations Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dammam for an Operations Manager. In this role, the Operations Manager will oversee daily operational activities, implement efficient processes, and ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. Responsibilities include managing teams, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing workflows, and driving operational efficiency. The role also involves coordinating between departments, managing budgets, and contributing to strategic planning to enhance the overall performance of the organization.

• Proficiency with operational analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking
• Knowledge of budget management, resource allocation, and cost control
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for operational management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Previous experience in operations management or a similar leadership role is preferred
