• Apply Linde Integrity criteria within all the working activities.
• Manage, check and approve transportation contractor’s performance and be aligned to procedures.
• Monitoring contracted and own fleet in order to be aligned with safety procedures and Linde standards.
• Overall responsibility of the safe transport execution of the entire department activities, but also the overall jurisdiction in order to achieve the above.
• You will be accountable to support in identifying opportunities and potential areas of productivity and efficiency improvements in the Logistic and Planning Operations
• Coordinate and facilitate activities and commitments with other departments (such as Sales, Information System, Fi-CO, and other Business Support Unit), and develop, implement and support Lean Six Sigma, Productivity, Cost Reduction & Digitalization projects in the Logistic & Planning Operations
• Execution of Contracted Strategic bulk sourcing agreements, product SWAP, mid-term, long-term in order to sustain supply chain.
• Align with REE _Planning & Logistics Teams on all agreed KPI’s reporting as well as all Supply Chain activities are managed in-line with annual targets and local budget expectations
• Ensure that accidents and incidents are reported according to corporate, regional and local standards are investigated and appropriate measures are taken to avoid repetition.
• Leading and initiating of Network studies to create productivity in Sourcing and logistic areas, such as cross border interactions.
• Managing KSA, Bulk and PGP product interactions within the area of responsibility.
• Build necessary business infrastructures that make sure supply chain operations run smoothly. Such as network optimization across the responsible area within entire supply chain.
• Run & Sponsor supply chain improvement and digitalization projects including transport safety missions.
• Managing cylinder park and related infra structures and investment requirements.
• Ensure that all transportations activities are aligned with local regulations and Linde’s safety procedures.
• Monitoring KPIs of the department and propose new ideas / procedures for improvement.
• Coordinate Planning and taking necessary action to utilize and keep sufficient cylinder stocks and asset management in all plants and Customer cyl hold with close communication with PGP and Sales management.

• Management experience including P&L responsibility
• Analytical skills, understanding of key revenue and cost drivers
• Ability to think strategically and analyse, review, develop and implement action plans
• Ability to work under pressure, overflow of information and tight deadlines requiring strong prioritization/organization skills
• Ability to think out of the box to come up with new ideas and concepts
• Graduated from a Technical University/ Engineering which are preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgy Engineering, or Logistic
• Masters Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain is a plus.
• MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant knowledge about local legislation and standards
