Project Manager, Project & Program Management, Regulatory Compliance Specialist

CLEAR is looking for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our construction and engineering projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Plan, organize, and oversee all aspects of projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful execution
• Monitor project performance against schedules, budgets, and quality expectations
• Manage procurement, resource allocation, and vendor relationships
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Report regularly on project status, milestones, and challenges to senior leadership

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• At least 13 years of experience in project management within construction or engineering sectors
• Proven experience managing high-rise building projects is highly desirable
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary project coordination

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk effectively
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus
