Senior Sales Director EB

Requirements

• Proven P&L ownership and business accountability
• Leadership experience with span of 5+ direct reports and overall responsibility for 50+employees, including leaders of teams.
• Demonstrated Sales and Business Development success with a strong customer network and deep understanding of the aftermarket business model.
• Balanced leadership approach: hands-on when needed while effectively delegating.
• Business-fluent in English and Arabic & strong communicator
• Strong familiarity with local Saudi customer landscape, structures, and business practices.
• Experienced in multinational matrix organizations
• Track record in driving transformation initiatives and leading change management programs.

• University degree and 10+ years of Sales an/or Business Development experience in the Saudi Oil & Gas market.

• Capable of providing clear vision and translating global strategy into actionable local strategy.

• Demonstrates proactive behavior, strong results orientation, and ability to energize and engage teams.

• Familiar with corporate standards, governance, and compliance frameworks.

Develop, implement, and oversee market and sales strategies for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Align these with global and regional marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence and customer relationships

Collaborate closely with the Regional Finance Director, ensuring accurate forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning. Provide support during internal and external audits by ensuring transparency and high-quality documentation.

Oversee all operational departments, including Sales, Service, Engineering, Health & Safety, Property Management, and Quality Assurance. Ensure cross-functional efficiency, operational excellence, and strong customer focus.

Monitor organizational performance through KPIs, regularly communicating results to teams. Provide clear direction, foster accountability, and encourage active contributions toward shared business objectives.
