Caliberly is seeking an Operations Manager - HDPE / PE100 Tight-Fit Lining to establish and lead a new PE lining division across the MENA region from Dammam. You will own technical development, equipment qualification and team building through tendering, mobilization and field execution.
The role demands deep hands-on expertise in HDPE/PE100 systems, tight-fit lining, liner insertion, fusion technologies, and pipeline rehabilitation, with responsibility for safety, quality, and commercial
