Key Responsibilities:

• Plan projects, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure goals are met
• Efficiently manage resources (human, financial, and technical)
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans
• Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Communicate with clients and vendors, ensuring their satisfaction with project progress
• Ensure compliance with required quality standards and specifications
• Solve problems and make timely decisions
• Professionally manage changes in project scope
• Evaluate project performance upon completion and document lessons learned

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 17 years of hands-on experience in project management
• Professional certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
