Overview
To implement activities within the Corporate Communications department to contribute to the corporate communications strategies, plans, and policies aligned with the overall Corporate Communication strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, to ensure all communication efforts, designs, and channels are consistent, impactful, and aligned with the Nesma & Partner's brand identity.
Responsibilities- Follow all relevant Corporate Communication processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Demonstrate compliance to the organization's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the organization.
- Support the implementation of the content strategy in alignment with the overall corporate communication strategic objectives and brand identity to contribute to effective communication and deliver key messages across the organization.
- Develop reports to facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders/departments/functions to support corporate communication initiatives across the organization.
- Prepare digital content and communications for digital communication channels (e.g., websites, social networks) to support Nesma & Partners' corporate communications strategy, strengthening
- Research content and audience targeting methods to fulfill strategic objectives and brand identity needs of Nesma & Partners contributing to social media accounts effectively.
- Study industry trends to determine areas of opportunity and innovations across the communication sphere, keeping Nesma & Partners at the forefront of relevance.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
- Bachelors in Communication, Public Relations, or any other related field.
- 0 - 4 years' related experience in roles within similar positions.
- Content Development and Copywriting, Digital Marketing & Communication, Social Media Management, Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge, Graphic Design, Market Monitoring & Competitive Intelligence.
- Education/Certification
- Masters in Communication, Relations or any other related field
- Any professional certification in related areas is an advantage.
- Experience in the EPC industry.
