Nursing Officer

Responsible for overseeing nursing operations and ensuring quality patient care. Manage patient care, develop nursing care plans, and maintain standards. Provide staff development and training, foster collaboration and communication, and ensure compliance with quality assurance and regulatory requirements. This role plays a vital part in promoting excellence in nursing and enhancing patient outcomes.

• Policies, processes and procedures – Apply approved policies, processes and procedures and monitor adherence to ensure work is carried out in a controlled manner.
• Day-to-day operations – Apply the day-to‑day operations assigned for the Medical Affairs Division to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Patient Care Management – Coordinate and supervise nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care; develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and medical requirements; ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control measures and patient safety standards.
• Staff Development – Identify training needs of nursing staff and organize relevant educational programmes; provide guidance and support to enhance nursing skills and competencies; foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the nursing team.
• Collaboration & Communication – Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective interdisciplinary patient care; communicate and liaise with medical staff, administrators and other departments for seamless operations; foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting effective teamwork and communication.
• Reporting – Prepare section reports in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and section requirements, policies and standards.
• Safety, Health & Environment – Comply with all relevant safety, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
• Additional Responsibilities – May be required to undertake additional duties reasonably expected and part of the function of the post.

• Internal – Patients, Medical Doctors.
• External – External Medical Doctors.

• Master degree in Medicine;
  Licensed Medical Specialist.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar post.

Minimum English language required is KJO L4 Intermediate.
