- Organize, control and motivate sales representatives to achieve sales targets within the agreed targets by applying SSFL sales standards.
- Conduct weekly route control sessions and formal meetings with FLSMP.
- Ensure HH integrity by examining reports and taking corrective actions.
- Monitor market changes and legislative requirements, communicate fluctuations to the Regional/Sales Manager.
- Implement product promotional plans at the right time and place across all routes.
- Handle administrative transactions for the location including stock, returnable cases, daily sales invoicing cycle.
- Develop and coach sales personnel to meet FLSMP standards.
- Manage compliance with OOR (Ownership on Route) and provide on‑job coaching.
- Oversee field performance management, including route optimization, POP materials, stand planning, and RSR turnover reports.
- Build relationships with stockiest and key wholesale/OT customers, coordinating call coverage and service standards.
- Execute new product initiatives and merchandising priorities.
- Drive key field sales KPIs such as distribution depth and breadth, primary and secondary placement upgrades, and price and promotion strategies.
- Supervise administrative and control agenda: control KPIs, accounting, inventory, and reporting.
- Report competitive activities to the Regional/Sales Manager.
- Maintain compliance with SSFL control agenda and responsibilities.
- 3–6 years of sales field experience in FMCG.
- Very good English and Arabic language skills.
- No travel restrictions.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Results‑driven with a focus on efficiency and productivity KPIs.
- Customer‑focused and service oriented.
- Analytical thinking: trend, data, and event analysis.
- Team development and conflict‑handling skills.
- Persuasive communication and ability to gain agreement.
- Integrity aligned with company ethics and values.
- BA degree and computer literacy (Windows applications).
