Responsibilities
As part of the KSA sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, minimize stales, achieve distribution targets, implement agreed merchandising standards, collect accounts receivable and maintain high levels of customer service. Operating procedures must be followed to ensure continuity of standards across the KSA to support these functions.
In addition to these duties the Pre‑seller will provide the supervisor with the latest market information to develop sales opportunities, attend training courses designed to improve professionalism and customer service, and complete a daily debriefing with the supervisor.
Principal Accountabilities- Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers and meet previously agreed sales targets.
- Maintain stales below the target set by the supervisor and ensure customer service meets the company’s standards.
- Adhere to the call frequency and daily route plan to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Perform daily and weekly vehicle checks, keep the sales vehicle clean, roadworthy, and report any defects or damage promptly.
- Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time, maintaining individual customer stock levels to prevent out‑of‑stock problems.
- Implement in‑store merchandising plans communicated by the supervisor and coordinate with company merchandisers as needed.
- Advise the supervisor of relevant competitor activity in the service area.
- Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily.
- Maintain a high standard of grooming, presentation, and driving discipline.
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); consistent failure to meet required results may result in disciplinary action.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales & account building.
- Strong communication skills.
