  • Visits existing and potential HORECA and hotel customers to identify needs and convert opportunities into sales.
  • Acts as a culinary ambassador
    , preparing and cooking company products for customers to demonstrate applications, quality, and versatility.
  • Conducts live cooking demonstrations, tastings, and menu applications to support sales conversion and product adoption.
  • Proactively generates new sales leads and develops strong pipelines within food service and hospitality segments.
  • Assesses customer requirements and recommends suitable products, solutions, and culinary applications.
  • Supports customers by addressing technical and culinary questions, providing hands‑on product usage guidance.
  • Negotiates prices within authorized limits and closes sales orders to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identifies, researches, and builds long‑term relationships with prospective customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Collects and shares market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity with internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions.
  • Develops weekly sales plans, prioritizes accounts, and manages time effectively to achieve targets.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of all relevant SKUs, including ingredients, applications, and preparation methods.
  • Coaches distributor sales representatives on product knowledge, culinary usage, and selling techniques to enhance their performance.
  • Coordinates with distributors, direct customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food service or HORECA sales
    , preferably with hands‑on culinary exposure.
  • Chef background or strong cooking skills with the ability to prepare and present food products professionally.
  • FMCG experience is required.
  • Proven experience in the Saudi market
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
    .
  • Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to combine sales expertise and culinary knowledge
    .
