Lease OperationsCompleting the sales funnel and submitting the reports to the Corporate Sales Manager/RM.
Achieve monthly and annual budgeted sales revenue targets assigned to them. Ensure effective coordination with sales coordinators to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Keep RecordsMaintain updated information about each key account under their supervision including the number of lease units, contract value, premature termination, pending orders, special requests, etc.
Maintain customer records and communication trail effectively and in an organized manner as per company policy.

- Preparing pricing proposals and leasing contracts and negotiating terms
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Understanding customer needs and providing suitable leasing solutions
- Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities
- Managing, renewing leasing contracts, and following up on accounts
- Coordinating with operations, delivery, and customer service teams
- Building long-term relationships with corporate clients
- Preparing sales reports and ensuring compliance with company policies
