Job Summary

Perfect Vision is a fast-growing SME providing GPS tracking, IVMS, and fleet management solutions to commercial fleets. We are looking for a hands on B2B Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle personally-from prospecting and demos to closing deals and collecting payments in a field focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and reach out to companies in logistics, transport, and construction that need fleet tracking solutions.
  • Conduct on site meetings and deliver practical product demonstrations of our software and hardware.
  • Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline from initial contact to a closed deal.
  • Log all calls, meetings, and deal stages daily in the CRM system to ensure no lead is lost.
  • Prepare tailored commercial proposals and negotiate pricing based on client needs.
  • Follow up persistently on open opportunities through site visits, phone, and email.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to handle queries and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Provide weekly updates to management on your pipeline status and sales forecasts.
Technical Requirements
  • You must have a solid understanding of GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management concepts.
  • You should be familiar with hardware like trackers, fuel sensors, dashcams, and MDVRs.
  • You need practical experience in B2B sales for technology or industrial solutions.
  • You must be comfortable using CRM software to track your daily sales activities and tasks.
  • You should be able to navigate fleet management platforms to demonstrate dashboards and reports.
  • You need a valid driving license and the willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
Soft Skills
  • You are highly self managed and can prioritize your own schedule and follow ups.
  • You are persistent and resilient when handling long sales cycles and objections.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in person and in writing.
  • You take full ownership of your sales targets and are driven to exceed goals.
  • You are detail oriented with your record keeping, ensuring all CRM data is accurate.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in a fast moving environment with a hands on approach.
Salesperson with
  • Solid understanding of GPS tracking, telematics and fleet management concepts (real time tracking, geofencing, driver behavior monitoring, fuel management, route optimization, alerts and reporting).
  • Familiarity with common telematics hardware used in commercial fleets, such as:
    • Vehicle and asset GPS trackers
    • IVMS units and PWAS/proximity warning systems
    • Fuel level and fuel flow sensors
    • Dashcams and MDVRs (mobile DVRs)
    • Basic knowledge of installation considerations (power, mounting, connectivity) sufficient to discuss with clients.
  • Practical experience selling or supporting B2B technology or industrial solutions (ideally telematics, fleet management, automotive electronics, logistics technology or related).
  • Comfortable working with web based fleet management / tracking platforms:
    • Demonstrating dashboards and explaining how data supports safety, compliance and cost reduction.
    • Navigating live maps, trip history, alerts, driver scores and reports
  • Hands on use of a CRM system (e.g. Odoo ERP or similar) to:
    • Capture and qualify leads
    • Manage opportunities and stages
    • Schedule and track tasks, calls and meetings
    • Maintain clean, accurate records and basic reports.
  • Proficient in standard office tools (email, spreadsheets, presentations) to prepare proposals, quotations and simple ROI justifications.
  • Strong business numeracy for building basic cost-benefit and ROI cases (e.g. fuel savings, reduced downtime, improved utilization).
