Summary:
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials industries. This position demands a proactive, client-focused professional who excels in field marketing, relationship building, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless project delivery.
Success in this role directly contributes to expanding the company’s market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Search for and develop new business opportunities in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials sectors
- Engage potential clients through site visits, cold calls, networking events, and business meetings
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and corporate clients
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, operations, HR, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in client meetings alongside the technical team as required
- Follow up promptly on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with customers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
- Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to stay ahead
- Represent the company professionally and uphold high standards of customer service
- 3 – 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
- Prior experience in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, or Manpower Supply sectors is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into new business opportunities
- Strong client handling and relationship management capabilities
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident individual
- Age between 25 – 35 years
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in email communication
