Summary:
The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities within the Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials sectors. This dynamic position requires a proactive professional who excels in field marketing, client engagement, and sales development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, preparing competitive proposals, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless project delivery.
Success in this role will directly contribute to expanding the company’s market presence and achieving aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials industries
- Conduct site visits, cold calls, networking events, and business meetings to engage potential clients
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and corporate clients
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client needs
- Coordinate with technical, procurement, operations, HR, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in client meetings alongside the technical team when required
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the company
- Monitor market trends, evolving customer demands, and competitor strategies
- Represent the company with professionalism and uphold high standards of customer service
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Development
- Prior experience in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Trading, or Manpower Supply sectors is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business
- Strong client handling and relationship management capabilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident demeanor
- Age between 25 – 35 years
- Valid driving license is an added advantage
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in email communication
