Position: Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager Eastern Province)

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will lead high‑impact initiatives to acquire new clients, expand the company’s customer base, and drive measurable revenue growth in the Eastern Province (Dammam). The candidate must have strong market relationships, proven experience in increasing company revenues, and the ability to execute effective business development strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients and consistently grow the company’s customer base in the Eastern Province (Dammam).
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key business partners and clients.
  • Identify and pursue high‑value partnership opportunities that contribute to revenue expansion.
  • Strengthen existing business relationships to maximize recurring revenue.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that directly increase company revenue.

    Analyze market trends and think strategically to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • More than 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within the Eastern Province market.
  • Demonstrated achievements in client acquisition and revenue growth
    .
  • Strong network and established relationships within the Dammam business community.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to execute successful development strategies and achieve measurable targets.
  • Focused, results‑driven, and goal‑oriented.
