Telesales Representative

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries professionally
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote services and generate sales
• Register new subscriptions in the system and follow up until completion
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure service continuity and satisfaction
• Coordinate collection and order processing with relevant internal teams
• Handle different customer types individuals, companies, shops, and institutions
• Maintain accurate data entry and update customer records in the system
• Resolve basic issues related to subscriptions or orders
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and service quality

• 2–4 years of experience in telesales or indoor sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Professional in handling customer interactions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Good command of English is preferred
• Must be comfortable working on‑site full time
• Experience in water companies or service‑based companies is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred
• Strong follow‑up skills and ability to close sales efficiently
