Sales Manager Compressor​/Turbine

This position is responsible for directing the sales and distribution of gas compression and power generation equipment, including natural gas compressors, gas turbine generator packages, process gas compressor packages, gas treatment solutions, and related equipment to customers in the oil & gas, power, and industrial sectors.

The position is focused on achieving sales objectives by developing market penetration plans, formulating sales strategies, and driving order closure. Analyze market information, competitors, and sales statistics to identify business opportunities and customer demand, while monitoring customer preferences and market trends to support sustainable business growth.

• Responsible for exploring and developing business opportunities, building strong relationships with appropriate client contacts and executing strategic and tactical business plans.
• Following-up the market dynamics in the industry.
• Conducts sales activities such as volume and margin analysis, supporting tender activity, resolving customer operational issues and monitoring pricing performance integrity to enhance customer perception of value.
• Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who may be determining potential opportunities and deal with existing business challenges
• Develop market research, main competitor analysis report to support management decision-making.
• Accomplished the detached duty and supported supervisor. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

• At least 2 years sales experience in oil & gas industry.
• Familiar with Saudi Arabia's oil and gas industry, relevant experience is preferred
• Experience of Oil & Gas industry-related standards, regulations, market operation and business type in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong connections with National Oil Companies and Oil Service Companies in Saudi Arabia.
