Territory Lead – Orthopaedics

Location:

Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are searching for a Territory Lead in Orthopaedics to drive sales of our joint reconstruction and orthopedic products. The successful candidate will manage field activities, build client relationships, and achieve sales and profit targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Recon Cases coverage with Eastern joint team.
  • Maintain a continuous program to develop the technical skills of the joint team.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Spend 75% of working time in field activities and maintain collaboration with all company team members.
  • Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
  • Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our product range to potential corporate clients.
  • Generate leads and handle all customer queries, including quotations and sales follow‑up, to achieve the Business Plan.
  • Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
  • Provide prompt and accurate information about products and ensure stock availability and optimal consumption.
  • Provide relevant information on products to customers, including in‑service, case support, and negotiating patient cases with doctors.
  • Service and maintain an existing base of customers by delivering prompt, courteous, and reliable service while developing new customer bases and avenues of business.
  • Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education:

    University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background preferred.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 7 years in Joint Reconstruction Orthopedic BU. MBA advantageous.
  • Language:
    Arabic native. Good English is a must.
  • Location:

    Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
