Job Description

Our Orthopaedics teams help keep more than 6 million people moving each year while delivering clinical and economic value to surgeons and healthcare systems. Our teams build solutions for joint reconstruction; trauma and craniomaxillofacial; sports, extremities, and elective foot and ankle; spine; and robotics and digital surgery.

Position

Territory Lead - Orthopaedics (located in Dammam)

You Will Be Responsible For
  • Manage Recon Cases coverage with Eastern joint team.
  • Maintain a continuous program and plans to develop technical skills of the joint team.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Spend 75% of working time in field activities.
  • Maintain proper collaboration with all company team members to ensure that implementation of all field operations is properly conducted for customers' benefit.
  • Organize effective and professional meetings with targeted customers.
  • Conduct outdoor field sales through cold calling using AIDINC to sell our product range to potential corporate clients.
  • Generate leads; handle all customer queries including giving quotations and sales follow-up to achieve the B.P.
  • Maintain good customer relations and coordination.
  • Provide prompt and accurate product information and ensure stock availability and optimal product consumption.
  • Provide relevant information on the products to the customer including in-service, case support, and negotiate the patient cases with doctors.
  • Service and maintain an existing base of customers by delivering prompt, courteous and reliable service while at the same time increasing and developing new customer base and avenues of business.
  • Organize all documents to ensure client demands are fulfilled.

Qualifications / Requirements
  • Education:

    University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. Scientific or Medical background is preferred.
  • Experience:

    7 years minimum in Joint Recon Orthopedic BU.
  • Language:
    Arabic Native & Good English is a MUST.
  • Location:

    Dammam.
