Role Overview

Responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle for bonded zone services and ensuring structured CRM-driven sales execution.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the sales pipeline end-to-end in CRM (Lead → Opportunity → Meeting → Closure).
  • Manage key accounts, follow up renewals, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and weekly reporting.
  • Coordinate quotations and commercial offers with internal teams.
  • Lead sales team activities and ensure proper CRM usage.
  • Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and commercial presentations.
  • Ensure smooth handover to operations after deal closure.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years B2B sales experience (logistics / ports / 3PL preferred).
  • Strong Arabic & English communication.
  • CRM experience with structured reporting.
  • Able to obtain port access clearance.
