Sales Representative

Generate new clients for customs clearance, transport & shipping services. Build strong client relationships and manage daily follow-ups. Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close deals. Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution. Achieve sales targets and maintain pipeline reports.

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities in freight, transport & customs clearance.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Prepare competitive quotations aligned with market rates and client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor shipments and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, reports, and CRM updates.
• Track market trends, competitors, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs clearance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Experience in handling B2B clients and contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with shipping, transport, and clearance processes.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
