A Promising Heavy Trucking Company – Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

The company currently operates a fleet of 15 heavy trucks and is in an active growth and expansion phase, aiming to double its fleet size and revenue in the coming period. We are looking for a professional who combines strong operational expertise with a proven ability to build relationships and secure new transport contracts, to be a key part of this growth journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full oversight of daily operations for the heavy transport fleet
  • Build and develop business relationships with contractors and clients to secure new transport contracts
  • Negotiate contracts and service pricing in coordination with senior management
  • Navigate approved transport/logistics platforms to help secure official contracts for the company
  • Monitor operational performance indicators (SLAs) and achieve revenue growth targets
  • Manage and develop the operations team to ensure efficiency and discipline
Requirements
  • 7–10 years of proven experience in heavy transport operations management, including hands‑on experience in contract acquisition and business development
  • Prior experience managing a team of 30+ employees
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written);
    Arabic proficiency required
  • Urdu or Hindi is a plus (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Maximum age: 40 years
  • Nationality:
    Indian / Pakistani / Filipino / Nepali
  • Proficient in using approved transport/logistics platforms and their official requirements
