Sales Executive - FMCG

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers, groceries (baqalas), and retail outlets.
• Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to maximize product availability, visibility, and shelf presence.
• Execute promotions and merchandising activities to support brand growth.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback for management.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally and uphold strong relationships with customers.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience
  , preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Preferably with experience handling Traditional Trade (TT) and/or Modern Trade (MT) accounts within the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid Saudi driving license or eligibility to obtain one is preferred.
