Sales Engineer Kingdom

A leading contracting company is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive business growth in the Eastern Province and across the Kingdom.

If you have a strong understanding of the KSA construction market, an established industry network, and a proven ability to secure new projects, we'd like to hear from you.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into awarded projects.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Lead negotiations and support the contract award process.
• Achieve sales targets while expanding the company's market presence.
• Monitor market trends and upcoming projects to develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in the KSA contracting industry.
• Proven track record of winning and closing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Eastern Province market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is needed.
