• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers. Sales measured against previously agreed targets and stales kept below the set thresholds.
• Provide the customer service approved by the supervisor. Follow the assigned call frequencies and daily route plan to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks and maintain the sales vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition. Report any defects or damage promptly.
• Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time, including full delivery arrangements.
• Maintain individual customer stock levels to the agreed requirements, minimizing out‑of‑stock problems.
• Implement the agreed in‑store merchandising communicated by the supervisor and coordinate with any company merchandiser if required.
• Advise the supervisor of relevant competitor activity in the served area.
• Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily.
• Maintain a neat and presentable appearance at all times.
• Observe driving regulations and maintain a high standard of driving.

• Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and account building.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Conflict management ability.
• Sales planning competence.
• Basic accounting skills.
