SR. Route Salesman

KSA Sales Team position tasked with maximizing sales volume, minimizing stales, achieving distribution targets, implementing merchandising standards, collecting accounts receivable, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers; sales measured against targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through scheduled call frequencies and daily route plans.
• Conduct daily and weekly vehicle checks; keep the sales vehicle clean, roadworthy, and report any defects.
• Supply ready‑to‑ship customer orders on time with accurate delivery arrangements.
• Maintain individual customer stock levels to meet agreed requirements and minimize out‑of‑stock issues.
• Implement agreed in‑store merchandising plans in collaboration with the supervisor and merchandiser.
• Advise the supervisor of relevant competitor activity within the service area.
• Reconcile all cheques, cash, and credit sales daily.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance; adhere to driving regulations.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales and account building.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict‑management skills.
• Experience in sales planning.
• Basic accounting skills.
