Job Purpose

To actively promote and sell Sigma Paints products in the retail market by managing customer relationships, driving in-store sales, identifying business opportunities, and delivering expert product knowledge. The Sales Executive serves as a link between customers and the company, ensuring excellent service, effective follow-ups, and consistent achievement of sales targets. In addition, the role includes supporting collection efforts to ensure timely payments and contributing to accurate sales forecasting by analyzing trends and customer demands.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage existing accounts and recruit new dealers; provide marketing, training, and commercial negotiation to grow market share.
  • Offer expert advice on paint selection, surface prep, and application methods to guide customer decision making.
  • Manage the full order to cash cycle, including quotations, invoicing, and logistics coordination for timely delivery.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets by tracking performance and refining sales strategies.
  • Oversee timely receivables and manage credit terms to maintain financial discipline and minimize overdue balances.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good English language.
