Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support sales operations, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Sales Support & Order Management
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, sales proposals, and contracts.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Customer Interaction & Relationship Management:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in acquiring new ones.
• Data & Report Management:
• Maintain sales records, customer databases, and update CRM/ERP systems.
• Generate sales reports, track targets, and prepare presentations for management.
• Team Coordination & Process Improvement:
• Work closely with sales managers and representatives to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree business administrative or equivalent experience
• 4+ years' experience in sales related role within the PPE and Fire Protection industry
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
