Area Sales Manager ​/ Sales Supervisor - Horeca ​/ Food Service

A global FMCG business is expanding its footprint in Dammam / Eastern Province and is hiring a strong Area Sales Manager / Sales Supervisor to take ownership of the HORECA / Food Service channel.

This is a proper "on-the-ground" leadership role: you'll be close to customers, close to the numbers, and leading a team of Sales Executives across the region. If you know how to grow routes, win key accounts, and keep a field team performing consistently-this one's for you.

What you'll be doing

• Owning sales performance for HORECA / Food Service across Dammam + Eastern Province
• Managing, coaching, and driving a team of Sales Executives / field sales (coverage, productivity, KPIs)
• Building strong relationships with key customers: hotels, restaurants, caterers, cafés, kitchens, distributors and wholesalers
• Growing distribution, visibility, and volume through smart execution (not just talk)
• Delivering monthly targets: volume, revenue, margins, and collection (where applicable)
• Leading promotions, pricing execution, and in-market activity with clear follow-through
• Reporting on pipeline, route plans, customer performance, and competitor activity
• Working cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance to keep service levels high and customers happy

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in FMCG sales within HORECA / Food Service / On-Trade
• Strong people leadership: you've managed field teams and know how to raise performance fast
• Solid understanding of the Eastern Province market (Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran and surrounding areas)
• Comfortable with targets, forecasting, route planning, and disciplined execution
• Confident communicator who can negotiate, influence, and close
• Valid driving licence and willingness to be in the market regularly
