Relationship Manager

Role Overview

As a Relationship Manager, you will own and grow our motor insurance distribution partnerships across dealerships, agencies, and banks. Based at our Eastern Region office, you ll work closely with cross-functional teams in a HYBRID environment to build lasting partner relationships, drive premium growth, and deliver commercial excellence within our organization.

• Develop and manage a portfolio of motor insurance distribution partners, including car dealerships, brokers and agencies, and bancassurance channels.
• Identify, pitch, and onboard new partners, negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines.
• Own the full relationship lifecycle for assigned accounts, including regular business reviews, performance tracking, and renewal discussions.
• Drive premium volume and achieve assigned sales targets across channels and product lines.
• Train and enable partner sales teams on our products, pricing, and digital quotation and issuance journeys.
• Act as the primary escalation point for partner queries, coordinating with underwriting, claims, and operations to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor channel performance, business quality, and loss ratios, and work with underwriting to keep the mix profitable.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, commission structures, and partner expectations.
• Ensure all partner activity complies with regulatory requirements and internal onboarding and conduct standards.
• Prepare detailed pipeline, production, and performance reports for management review.

• Proven experience in motor insurance sales or distribution, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Established relationships with car dealerships, insurance agencies or brokers, and banks.
• Strong commercial negotiation skills and the ability to structure mutually beneficial partnership terms.
• Solid understanding of motor insurance products, pricing dynamics, and the end-to-end policy issuance process.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts independently in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working from production and performance data.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience launching or scaling a new distribution channel from the ground up.
• Background in bancassurance or embedded insurance partnerships.
• Familiarity with digital quote and bind platforms, API-based partner integrations, or insurtech distribution models.
• Exposure to CRM tools and pipeline management discipline.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for partner visits.
• Arabic and English fluency.
