Key Account Manager

A Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Key Account Manager to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

• Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across government, institutional and private healthcare accounts.
• Drive sales, product penetration and market share across assigned accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize account potential.
• Manage and follow up on tenders, contracts, pricing, forecasting and product availability in coordination with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor's degree. An advanced degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5+ years of pharma sales/account management experience in Eastern Saudi
• Must have specialty care experience.
• Prior experience as a Key Account Manager in KSA is essential.
