Logistics Sales Executive

Join our team as a Logistics Sales Executive and contribute to expanding our B2B customer base and driving sales growth across our logistics services.

• Meet 100% of the monthly revenue quota and keep a pipeline of at least three times the target.
• Identify and generate new business; conduct at least 8 client meetings or site visits weekly.
• Close a minimum of 4 new accounts each quarter in transport, sea freight, customs clearance, or support services.
• Encourage cross-selling of additional services to increase account value (target: 40%+ of deals involving two or more services).
• Prepare quotations that adhere to the approved pricing limits and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
• Follow up on invoices and assist with collections to ensure that customer payments are made within the agreed-upon credit terms.
• Ensure that all records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM are accurate and current.
• Establish long-term relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Perform other tasks as would be required by the Management.
• Achieve a minimum of 60% of the monthly sales target as a mandatory performance requirement.

• Strong hunting, prospecting, and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Resilience, self-motivation, and good time management.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
