This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Dammam. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, delivering product training when needed, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaboration with the sales team to optimize strategies and meet company objectives is an integral part of this position.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent support.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and achieve revenue goals.
- Experience in Training clients or colleagues in product knowledge and sales-related processes.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the documentation or logistics industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Multilingual skills are advantageous.
