- Lead the Saudi Arabia affiliate, including legal, regulatory, governmental relations, compliance, revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Develop and execute market and sales strategies aligned with regional and global business objectives.
- Drive new business development, strengthen key customer relationships, and expand market presence.
- Translate global strategic initiatives into actionable local business plans.
- Work closely with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and audit requirements.
- Oversee Sales, Service, Engineering, HSE, Property Management, and Quality functions to ensure operational excellence.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, drive accountability, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance, business ethics, sustainability, local regulations, and company policies.
- Lead organizational transformation and change-management initiatives.
- Proven P&L ownership and overall business accountability
. - Leadership experience managing 5+ direct reports and an overall workforce of 50+ employees
, including team leaders. - Strong track record in Sales & Business Development
, with an established Saudi customer network. - Strong understanding of the aftermarket business model
. - Minimum 20+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in the Saudi Oil & Gas market
. - Strong knowledge of the Saudi customer landscape, business structures, and local practices.
- Experience working within multinational/matrix organizations
. - Proven ability to drive transformation and change-management initiatives.
- Business-fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- University degree required.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate global strategies into actionable local plans.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and organizational standards.
