Salesperson, Account Manager

Baazeem Trading Company is looking for experienced Sales Representatives to join our Sales team and manage outstation area.

• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, collection, and coverage targets.
• Manage and develop customers within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective market coverage and regular customer visits.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to acquire new customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high service levels.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, pricing, and competitor activities in the market.
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and company initiatives effectively.
• Ensure timely collection of customer payments and proper account follow-up.
• Prepare and submit regular sales and market reports.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Must have experience across multiple sales channels, including Traditional Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and Key Accounts.
• Previous experience handling outstation territories is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, route-to-market, customer coverage, and sales execution.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory.
• Experience using Sales Buzz, C-Store, or similar sales systems is an advantage.
