Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp Sales and Procurement Executive to expand our commercial footprint across the Eastern Province. Based out of our Dammam facility, your primary focus is to build and maintain a portfolio of recurring B2B accounts—bringing in factories, workshops, contractors, and facility managers as regular sellers of their scrap and industrial waste streams. This is a dual-focus role requiring strong commercial hunting skills and operational discipline.

You will identify the accounts, structure the deals, issue formal written quotes, and coordinate closely with our yard and dispatch teams to ensure we deliver exactly what you promised the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Target, approach, and convert factories and industrial operations across Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, and Jubail into recurring pickup accounts.
• Source post-industrial waste and recyclable commodities from the open market, negotiating on grade and volume against current market index prices.
• Prepare and issue precise written quotes covering material categories, exact grades, price per kilo, and validity windows so nothing is ever left to verbal agreements.
• Keep existing accounts active with scheduled contact, settle any pricing or grade questions quickly, and ensure collection schedules run seamlessly.
• Work closely with dispatch and yard staff so that inbound volumes, pickup dates, and regulatory paperwork match what the client expects.
• Track your sales pipeline, closed accounts, total processed tonnage, and profit margins, and report progress directly to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in B2B sales, procurement, or commodity trading. Experience working specifically within scrap metal, recycling, industrial supply, or waste management will give you a massive advantage.
• Fully bilingual fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken). You will be visiting industrial sites and writing formal commercial quotes in both languages.
• Strong negotiation skills with a deep understanding of commodity margins and the ability to hold a profitable margin without losing the account.
• Deep familiarity with the industrial districts of the Eastern Province and the natural confidence to walk into a facility and open doors cold.
• A valid Saudi driving licence is required for regular field travel, and you must hold a valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.
